ENGLISHTOWN — The third annual photograph-with-Santa Claus, a fund-raising event for the local Knights of Columbus, is scheduled for Saturday and Sunday at Four Boys luncheonette-ice cream stand.

It is to run both days from 11 a.m. to 2 p.m. at the business, 3 Tennent Ave., near Main Street.

Children and adults may get a photo taken with Santa. A $5 donation is requested, but not required, said JoAnn Becker, who owns Four Boys with her husband, Pete.

The event is sponsored by the Becker family and Linda McNeil, all of Manalapan. All proceeds go to the Catholic men's group, JoAnn Becker said. Knights of Columbus Prince of Peace Council 5903, founded in 1966, is based in the borough. Knights councils are involved in charity work.

Pete Becker is a member of Council 5903. Dominick Annese of Manalapan, also a council member, is playing Santa Claus for the second consecutive year.

The organizers will photograph participants with Santa or participants can use their own camera, JoAnn Becker said.

"Each kid gets a present from Santa, whether they pay for a photo or not," JoAnn Becker said. "Anybody who comes to see Santa gets a present."

More information is available from Four Boys by calling (732) 446-6433.
